• Do I need to bring anything on my first appointment?

If you are a new client, at your first visit to Sacred Work Counseling Services, LLC you are required to bring a valid photo ID (e.g. valid driver’s license or state issued ID card)

• What ways can I pay my bill?

Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash payments with receipt

All major credit cards

When you fill out initial paperwork, you'll have the opportunity to put a credit card on file so that payments can be automatically made upon completion of sessions.  This makes the payment process hassle-free. 

• Do We Accept Insurance?

We are currently qualified with various insurance companies through Headway and are in the process of becoming credentialed with GrowTherapy. Upon request, we provide superbills for out-of-network benefits. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of your out-of-pocket expenses. A superbill is a form we complete for you to submit to your insurance. 

We encourage you to learn about your out-of-network benefits, including any deductibles you may need to meet and the reimbursement percentage your insurer will provide. While we can only provide a superbill and cannot guarantee reimbursement, many clients we have worked with have successfully received payment from their insurance for submitted claims.
